Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photos so we can review the issue with our fulfillment partner.

Change-of-mind returns

Because items are produced specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary.
